Rachel Blazek


Before teaching art, Rachel was an Academic Language Therapist for elementary and middle school students. She has been an art teacher in the middle and high school levels since 2013. She enjoys working with all grade levels, and is excited to have the opportunity to work with the students at Grace! Rachel loves to draw, paint, and do printmaking.She also loves spending time with her husband and son. Rachel enjoys hiking, running, and doing DIY projects. Her favorite place to spend time is in Big Bear. Rachel believes that for her students to be successful they need to work as a team. She wants all students to have the absolute best art class experience possible and gain new skills and confidence throughout the year!


Mary Beth Eroen


Miss Eroen was born and raised on Catalina Island, where she lived until attending Chapman University’s Conservatory of Music. She studied voice, guitar, percussion, and piano, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Therapy. After receiving her board certification (MT-BC), Miss Eroen worked in Special Services, providing Music Therapy for children and adults with Developmental Disabilities, Mental Health Needs, and Autism Spectrum Disorder for 8 years. She has also provided private music instruction, and is currently pursuing a Credential and Masters in Special Education at CSULB. In her spare time, Miss Eroen enjoys serving as a High School Leader and Worship Leader at her church, spending time with her family, being outdoors, traveling, reading, and spending long hours making things by hand that could just as easily be bought in a store, with much less frustration.


Brett Logan

Physical Education/Athletic Director

Brett graduated from California State University San Bernardino with a BS in Kinesiology with a concentration in Pedagogy. Following that, he received his Teaching Credential from the University of Redlands. Brett is excited to teach alongside his wife Heidi Logan. He looks forward to the time when their son Corey can start preschool and they can all come to the same place for the day. Brett is a huge sports fan and enjoys watching and going to as many games as he can. He also loves spending time with his family whether they go out or just stay at home.
